Figure 4 Tough 65C Black is a versatile material known for its long-term environmental stability and injection molded-like surface quality. It's primarily used for high mechanical load-bearing batch production parts, jigs, fixtures, and prototypes that maintain stability over extended periods. With a 70˚C heat deflection temperature and 35% elongation at break, it's especially suitable for components like buckles, snaps, and clips. This material has been rigorously tested for durability, ensuring functionality and stability for up to 8 years indoors and 1.5 years outdoors.

A clear, production-grade material providing long-term stability and clarity, resistant to fading or discoloration. Figure 4 Tough Clear is engineered for a versatile combination of mechanical stability and suitability for functional prototyping or end-use parts. It offers high-light transmission that can achieve full transparency with post-processing. Ideal for product development, this material allows for clear visualization in complex assemblies, gas or fluid flow observation, and helps in reducing product design cycles by introducing long-term stability that minimizes the need for reprints.
